STORY
I have over 10 years of training experience, and a big part of that was built through adaptation. While living in the United States, I traveled through different regions, trained in different gyms, learned from different systems, and constantly adjusted my diet to match what was available and what my lifestyle demanded.
In 2024, I moved to Korea and went through that process again. I traveled across the country, adjusted my diet to fit the local food culture, trained in different gym environments, and stepped into the Korean fitness scene firsthand — including competing at Amateur Olympia Korea.
CM Strength came out of that gap. I wanted to bring a more thoughtful style of coaching to Korea — one built on structure, bodybuilding experience, education, and real adaptation.
